KIM WIEMER is a founding partner of INTEGREAT. She has over 15 years of experience in marketing, advertising, training, product development and business unit management. Much of her work has focused on developing strong brands in the marketplace, integrating branding strategies within organizations and executing campaigns at the local, national and international level. She has held positions at Wm. Baxter Advertising, Red Wing Shoe Company, Vasque Outdoor Footwear (a division of Red Wing Shoe) and INTEGREAT Business Counsel, including executive positions as Vice President of Vasque and Vice President of Licensing and Branded Merchandise at Red Wing Shoe. Kim is active in the community with interests in the arts and youth programs. MARCY DOWSE is a founding partner of INTEGREAT with over 25 years of experience in media relations, marketing, advertising, public relations, fund-raising and special events. She began her career as the public relations manager at the Cricket Theatre in Minneapolis. She was the Communication Director and eventually Marketing and Development Director for The Children’s Theatre Company and Marketing Director at the Minnesota Zoo. At the MDNR she served as the Information and Education Director and as Communications Director. She was the Communications Director for the College of St. Catherine before founding INTEGREAT . She is active in civic and community affairs and has served on city and other local planning initiatives.
CINDY TAUBE is the marketing manager for INTEGREAT Business Counsel, LLC. She has worked in marketing communications for over 14 years. Her background includes diverse experience in corporate communications, crisis management, public relations, sports marketing, media relations, special events and project management. Cindy specializes in public and media relations and is able to identify, coordinate and lead diverse constituencies from project conception through completion. COLLEEN BUTLER is the general office manager for INTEGREAT. She is a professional with experience in marketing and customer service. She began her career working in graphics, then joined Shandwick International. Her background also includes experience in layout, signage and book keeping. Colleen currently manages the daily operations of the INTEGREAT office and provides client support.
